About Us
Spare Garage Storage is a family-owned and operated company that has been in the self-storage industry in the mid-west for 20 years. Since taking over ownership, we have upgraded the facility by improving the security cameras and lighting as well as installing a self-service rental kiosk that can rent units, take payments via credit/debit cards and cash, sell tenant insurance, update account information and sell secure locks.
We have a full-time office manager who works at our administrative office in Kansas City and answers the phones between 9:00AM – 5:00PM every day. Our office manager is available to assist our customers and keep our facility clean and well maintained. Our commitment at Spare Garage Storage is to provide high-quality storage and superior customer service at an affordable rate.
